Footing Plan
Referring to the original Architectural and Structural drawings, we create this Footing Plan.
It shows solid lines for walls, and dashed lines for footings - just like a typical structural drawing, only this one has dimensions for each footing line.
Using this plan, and our recommended cutting instructions, we believe that anybody on your crew could build your footings.
General Scope
Original drawings are read and scanned through by a highly experienced Concrete Contractor, proficient in layout and concrete formwork, whereupon discrepancies, concerns, or suggested questions to ask the builder will be brought to the attention of the client to assist both of us. (Same as CAD File general scope)
After creating the layout plan (with or without wall dimensioning) footing lines are drawn referring to Structural plans and/or details.
Point load markers are placed to locate pad footings where necessary.
Dimensions placed at each line to indicate the length of concrete at this line. (Cut Instructions)
Plans with multiple footing details will include dimensions to indicate the appropriate width.
Optional: Pin-to-footing measurements if known, upon request.
