Sample Foundation Plan (Courtesy of Neale Engineering Ltd.)

Your Structural Plan may look something like this.

It should show footing schedules/dimensions, pad schedules/dimensions, and wall measurements

Sometimes, it may require that you reference section details that are on other pages.

Likely, you will also be using architectural drawings, flipping back and forth between all of these pages to piece together your lumber puzzle.

Sample Footing Plan (Crete Sheets)

This is one of our Crete Sheets.

Using the information in the sample Foundation Plan, we created a Footing Plan.

It shows solid lines for walls, and dashed lines for footings - just like a typical structural drawing, only this plan has dimensions for each footing line.

Using this plan, and our recommended cut instructions, even the least experienced worker could build this.
